We are seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in Hastings. Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services such as grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, and flower bed maintenance. This is a permanent role with 40 hours per week.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience in grounds maintenance, horticulture, or gardening
  • Ability to safely operate equipment and hand tools (e.g., strimmers, backpack blowers, mowers)
  • Experience working in a team and providing high-quality service
  • Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Experience in marking sports pitches
  • Valid UK Driving License
