Think Recruitment Group is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a mobile team delivering high-quality grounds maintenance across North Yorkshire. The role covers grass cutting, hedge trimming, pruning and weed control with a driver to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance and gardening roles.
• Ability to operate grass cutting, hedge trimming and weed management tasks.
• Willingness to travel between sites as part of a mobile team.

Responsibilities

• Provide ground maintenance services to sites.
• Maintain grass, hedges and shrubs to high standards.
• Prune, weed and treat as required for site presentation.
