The role requires a full UK manual driving licence, travel across the region, and a 40-hour week. This fixed-term contract runs until 2 April 2027 with a salary of £30,784–£32,926 per annum.

We're seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our Estate Services Team in South London.

Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of our estates, you'll be carrying out tasks such as litter and leaves collection, use of petrol and electric tools, mowing and strimming of grassed areas, hedge trimming, general gardening duties (digging, planting, weeding and pruning) and transportation of grounds maintenance equipment using vans and towing trailers.
