Job summary

Chappell Enterprises UK in East Sussex is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader and Operative to oversee and perform grounds maintenance across commercial sites in the Brighton and Hastings area.

You will operate ride-on mowers and specialised equipment, ensure safety and quality, manage equipment and report progress to clients. A full UK driving licence is required; DBS clearance desirable; PA1/PA6 and towing licence are a bonus; DBS check ability.

• Essential - Proven experience in grounds maintenance.
• Essential - Full UK Driving Licence.
• Essential - Ability to pass a DBS check.
• Essential - Experience with ride-on mowers.
• Desirable - PA1 & PA6 certification.
• Desirable - Towing Licence.
