Are you passionate about working outdoors and making a visible difference to the community? We're looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to help care for and maintain some of the most valued green spaces in Bath.

Key Responsibilities:

General grounds maintenance including mowing, strimming, hedge cutting, and leaf clearing

Litter picking and emptying bins

Planting, pruning, and weed control

Maintenance of equipment and reporting defects

Supporting seasonal planting and landscaping projects

Working across a variety of locations including parks, cemeteries, and commercial council premises

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in grounds maintenance or a similar outdoor role

Basic horticultural knowledge preferred

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Physically fit and comfortable working in all weather conditions

Full UK driving licence
