Grounds Maintenance Operative

Shift Times: 07:30-16:00 Monday - Friday 42.5 HPW

Pay Rate: £12.21ph

Location: HP19 8RS - Aylesbury

This is a temporary position until September for the summer season.

Manpower is looking for Grounds Maintenance Operatives to work for our client based out of Aylesbury. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services to various clients, performing activities like grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, and flower bed maintenance. Ensuring safety and carrying out daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment are essential.

Training includes on-the-job training and standard induction for best practices.

Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Full valid UK Driving License.
• Willingness to learn and open to training.
• Safety-conscious mindset.
• Ability to safely operate equipment and hand tools (e.g., strimmers, backpack blowers, push mowers).
• Experience working in a team and providing high-quality service.
• Experience in a similar Grounds Maintenance role is desirable.
