Grounds Maintenance Estates Manager (High Profile Sports Team) - Manchester - New!

£35,000 + Package + Full-time, Permanent + Free Canteen

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 6 AM to 3 PM

About the role

To manage and oversee all aspects of grounds and estates maintenance across an area in Manchester. You will ensure the highest standards of turf management, landscaping, and overall estate presentation while leading and coordinating the grounds team, contractors, and suppliers to deliver first-class facilities for professional football and large-scale events.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Senior role in Grounds and Estates Management.
• Landscaping management experience and Strong experience in managing a team of grounds workers.
• Proven experience managing large teams and overseeing multiple venues or facilities.
