Location: Northampton | Salary: £27,000 – £31,000 + car, 10% pension, private medical
Our client is a land-owning, quality open space management company with a diverse portfolio of over 320 housing developments across England and Wales.
They are seeking a Contract Manager to oversee the management and subcontracted maintenance of public open spaces across the Midlands, including Aylesbury, Banbury, Northampton, Burton upon Trent, Leicester, and Kettering.

The Role:
The Contract Manager will oversee the management and subcontracted maintenance of public open spaces across various developments in the Midlands region.
This role is suitable for experienced Grounds Maintenance Operatives or Supervisors looking to move into management, or existing Contract Managers with an interest in horticulture.
