The Role:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team.

You will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' outdoor spaces are maintained to the highest standards, creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform grounds maintenance duties, including grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding, and planting.
2. Maintain flowerbeds, lawns, shrubs, and other landscape features.
3. Operate and maintain tools and equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and power tools.
4. Carry out litter picking, pressure washing, and other outdoor cleaning tasks as required.
5. Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
6. Provide excellent customer service, representing our client in a professional and courteous manner.

What We're Looking For:

1. Experience in grounds maintenance, gardening, or a similar role.
2. Basic knowledge of horticulture and landscaping practices.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Reliable, proactive, and enthusiastic with a keen eye for detail.
5. Physically fit and able to perform manual outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.
6. A valid driving license is desirable but not essential.
