We are currently seeking to fill the position of Grounds and Maintenance Assistant.

Your role will include:

  • Lawn care, pruning, and general groundskeeping
  • Assisting with school maintenance and upkeep
  • Ensuring the site remains tidy, safe, and welcoming
  • Supporting weather-related tasks like snow clearance

  • Basic knowledge of health & safety (training provided)

Winchester House School was founded in 1875 and moved to its present 18-acre site in Brackley in 1922. The school is situated in Manor House, an attractive building dating from the early 1800s. Winchester House offers a fully co-educational nursery, pre-prep, and preparatory school for children aged 3-13, with options for day, occasional, and weekly boarding. In January 2021, Winchester House School became part of The Stowe Group.
