Currently looking for a Groundcare Engineer to join my client’s team in the Daventry area. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the groundcare industry, providing high-quality service and maintenance to clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of groundcare machinery.
• Provide onsite service to customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and efficient resolution of issues.
• Maintain excellent communication with customers to explain the service process and meet their needs.
• Ensure all work complies with Health and Safety standards and company policies.
• Keep accurate service records and reports of work completed.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a service engineer in the groundcare, agricultural, or similar machinery sector.
• Full UK driving licence (essential for travel to customer sites).
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
