Are you a Groundcare Engineer or similar, looking to become a fully-fledged Service Manager in a long-standing and rapidly expanding service provider, that will give you all tools necessary including external manufacturer training and leadership coaching?

In this role, following training you'll oversee 14 employees, including 11 technicians, ensuring smooth running of the service department-managing scheduling and complaints with a focus on groundcare, pro turf, and fine turf clients such as golf courses and football stadiums.

This role would suit a Groundcare Engineer looking to progress to a Service Manager with full training and support provided.

The Role

• Overseeing 14 employees
• Running service department - scheduling, complaints etc.
• Dealing with groundcare, pro-turf and fine-turf clients (Training provided)
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, 1 Saturday a month
• Company vehicle provided
