Job summary

JobMatcha is seeking experienced Groundworkers with Dumper/roller and Machine Drivers for a civils project in Wolverhampton City Centre, starting on 28 September 2026. This role demands proven hands-on capability with public realm works and a commitment to safety and quality on site.

Essential certifications include CSCS (Groundworkers), EUSR 1 & 2 or NRSWA, and NPORS with CSCS where applicable. You should have drainage, kerbing, tarmac and paving experience and a track record delivering public

We are currently seeking experienced Groundworkers with Dumper/roller and Machine Drivers for a project based in Wolverhampton City Centre, starting on 28th September 2026.

Essential Requirements

• EUSR 1 & 2 or NRSWA certification.
• Valid CSCS Card (Groundworkers).
• Valid NPORS Card with CSCS Logo (Machine Drivers).
• Proven experience working on public realm projects.

Experience Required

Successful candidates must have experience in:

• Drainage works
• Kerbing
• Tarmac works
• Paving and finishing works
• General public realm construction activities

Both groundworker and machine driver gangs must be able to demonstrate previous experience working within public realm environments and delivering high-quality infrastructure and civils works.
