Reporting to the Roster Planning Supervisor – Ground Operations, our Roster Planning Coordinator will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of rosters for our Ground Operations airport-based colleagues across the UK, Spain and Portugal.

What you’ll be doing:

• Responsible for creating accurate, compliant, and balanced rosters for Jet2.com Ground Operations, ensuring the smooth operation of our workforce.
• Optimizing operational coverage while maintaining cost-efficiency, supporting both the company’s budgetary goals and operational requirements.
• Ensuring that all rosters comply with EU, national, and company regulations and policies, maintaining the highest standards of safety and legal conformity.
• Collaborate closely with station teams to manage colleague scheduling and roster updates, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across all locations.

What you’ll have:

• Adaptability with a flexible attitude and be able to work in a fast-paced environment delivering to tight timescales.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and an eye for detail.
• A good understanding of roster planning and production.
• Knowledge of working time directives and work-place rostering agreements.
• The ability to turn around tasks at short notice while maintaining accuracy and quality of output.
• Have both written and verbal in Spanish.
