Whitbread is hiring for a Ground Floor Team Member at Wadebridge Premier Inn. You’ll welcome guests, assist with check-in, and help with breakfast or dinner service to ensure guests have a smooth stay.
This 12-hour-per-week, permanent role offers regular shifts including evenings and weekends, with full training from day one. No prior hotel experience required; friendly, customer-focused individuals are encouraged to apply.
We're currently recruiting in our Wadebridge Premier Inn. Working 12 hours per week, paying up to £13.06 per hour.
As a Ground Floor Team Member, you’ll welcome guests, help them check in, answer questions, serve breakfast or dinner and do whatever it takes to help their stay go smoothly.
No two shifts are quite the same. One moment you could be helping a family check in before their holiday. The next you might be serving breakfast, recommending somewhere local to eat or helping solve a problem for a guest.
Pay: Up to £13.06 per hour
Contract: Permanent – we don’t do zero-hours contracts.
Hours: 12 guaranteed hours per week.
Location: Wadebridge Premier Inn - Gonvena Hill , Wadebridge, Cornwall, PL27 6BN
Shifts: Includes evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.
As a Ground Floor Team Member, no two shifts look exactly the same.
Some of our best Ground Floor Team Members have joined us from retail, cafés, pubs, restaurants, leisure, travel and customer service.
If you’re friendly, enjoy helping people and can stay calm when it’s busy, we’ll teach you the rest.
You’ll be joining a team that supports each other from day one.
We’ll give you the training to feel confident in every part of the role, whether you’re checking in guests, serving breakfast or helping someone who’s had a long day and just wants to get settled.
As you build your experience, you’ll have opportunities to learn new skills and explore different roles across Premier Inn.
…then we’d love to hear from you.
