We’re currently recruiting in our Catterick Garrison Premier Inn. Working 12 hours per week, paying up to £13.06 per hour.
You are the first person many of our guests meet. And often the last before they leave.
As a Ground Floor Team Member, you’ll welcome guests, help them check in, answer questions, serve breakfast or dinner and do whatever it takes to help their stay go smoothly. No two shifts are quite the same. One moment you could be helping a family check in before their holiday. The next you might be serving breakfast, recommending somewhere local to eat or helping solve a problem for a guest.
As a Ground Floor Team Member, no two shifts look exactly the same.
This isn’t a role where you’ll spend your shift in one place. You’ll be helping guests, supporting teammates and keeping the hotel running smoothly.
Some of our best Ground Floor Team Members have joined us from retail, cafés, pubs, restaurants, leisure, travel and customer service. If you’re friendly, enjoy helping people and can stay calm when it’s busy, we’ll teach you the rest.
You’ll be joining a team that supports each other from day one. We’ll give you the training to feel confident in every part of the role, whether you’re checking in guests, serving breakfast or helping someone who’s had a long day and just wants to get settled. As you build your experience, you’ll have opportunities to learn new skills and explore different roles across Premier Inn.
