Job summary

Premier Inn in Boston is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to greet guests, assist with check-in, and help with breakfast or dinner service to ensure a smooth stay. You’ll handle guest questions and contribute to a warm, welcoming environment across the hotel.

We offer a permanent contract with 18 guaranteed hours per week, paid up to £13.06 per hour, with shifts including evenings and weekends. Full training and staff benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful attitude with guests.
• Ability to stay calm and focused during busy periods.
• No hotel experience required; willingness to learn.
• Strong team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals.

• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best.
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy.
• Ensure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure.
