Job summary

Hawkstone is seeking a detail‑driven Order Administrator to own the end‑to‑end order process for grocery and key accounts. You’ll work daily in Hawkstone's ERP system to check orders, coordinate with logistics, and ensure on‑time delivery while protecting customer relationships.

Experience in order processing, supply chain coordination, and proficiency with ERP and Excel is preferred in a fast‑moving FMCG environment. This role offers a hands‑on path in a growing premium brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in order processing, customer service or supply chain coordination in FMCG is preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP/order management systems and Excel, with attention to product codes and delivery dates.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end order process for grocery and key accounts, from receipt through to delivery.
• Check orders for product, quantity, pricing, delivery date and account requirements.
• Monitor stock against orders and flag shortages or risks early.
• Investigate discrepancies, returns and delivery queries with Finance, Logistics and Sales.
• Arrange collections with customers and work with logistics to resolve queries.
• Build relationships with customers' supply chains and support the wider order book.
