Job summary

Renato Lounge, part of Loungers plc, is seeking a Chef to join our busy kitchen in Birmingham. You’ll cook to spec across the all-day menu, support the Head Chef, and help keep standards high with prep, service and hygiene at the forefront.

We offer up to £12.71 per hour plus tips, paid breaks, staff meals on every shift, and 50% off food and drinks from day one. Flexible hours make this a great next step for an experienced Chef, Chef de Partie, Line Chef or Grill Chef.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen (Grill Chef / Line Chef / Chef de Partie).
• Ability to cook to spec and maintain high standards from prep to plate.
• Availability for flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
