Job summary

Dorado Lounge, part of Loungers, is hiring Chefs to join our kitchen team in England. You’ll cook to spec, support the Head Chef, and help keep the kitchen running smoothly with high standards from prep to plate.

We’re seeking experienced chefs with a passion for real cooking, strong teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment. Flexible hours and excellent staff perks accompany the role.

Qualifications

• A passion for real cooking and quality food.
• Team player with good communication.
• Energy, pace and a positive attitude.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure.
• Experience as Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
