• Prior experience as a Chef or in similar roles.
• Ability to follow recipes and standards.
• Experience with high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Cook a range of dishes to spec and maintain quality.
• Support Head Chef with prep, service, and cleanliness.
• Ensure food safety and allergen processes.
• Work collaboratively with FOH to deliver a great guest experience.
