Honest Burgers is hiring a Grill Chef at our Bristol Cabot Circus location. You will manage the grill section, ensure high-quality burgers, and uphold food safety standards while collaborating with Head Chef and team.

The role offers hourly pay of £13–£18, with a service charge that is shared among staff. There are guaranteed full-time or part-time contracted hours and various employee benefits as part of our hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Experience in grill cooking and burger preparation.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in kitchen.
• Ability to work as part of a busy team.

Responsibilities

• Run the grill section to deliver consistent quality burgers.
• Maintain health and safety standards across the kitchen.
• Meet KPIs for service times and quality.
• Mentor junior team members as required.
• Oversee stock and COGS for the grill area.
• Ensure compliance with kitchen procedures.
• Contribute to continuous service improvement.
