Job summary

Honest Burgers in Cambridge is seeking a Grill Chef who takes pride in cooking burgers and chips the Honest way and leading a grill section under the Head Chef and Sous Chef. You’ll ensure food quality, health and safety, and kitchen standards are maintained, with opportunities to progress to Grill Master as you demonstrate mastery.

Position offers competitive hourly pay (£13–£18 per hour, including service charge), flexible hours with full/part-time contracted options, and a range of benefits

Responsibilities

• Running grill section
• Managing health & safety
• Meeting set KPI’s
• Assisting in developing junior members of the team
• Team responsibility for stock and COGS management
