Supernova Burger in Mayfair, London, is seeking a Grill Chef to lead the sizzling front line and craft our signature smashed burgers. You will work in a fast-paced, open kitchen, delivering high-quality dishes with speed and pride.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of grill/line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Passion for delivering great food fast with consistency and care.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare burgers, sides, and other menu items to Supernova standards during service.
• Maintain speed, consistency, and presentation throughout shifts.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness procedures.
• Perform under pressure during busy periods, ensuring orders are accurate and timely.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams for smooth service.
• Support stock control, portioning, and waste reduction.
• Participate in food prep, cleaning, and opening/closing duties.
• Foster a fun, energetic kitchen culture.

POSITION SUMMARY

As Grill Chef at Supernova Mayfair, you'll be front and centre in the kitchen, grilling up our signature smashed burgers and sides to perfection. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, takes pride in speed and consistency, and loves the vibe of a fast-paced, open kitchen.

You'll work closely with the management team to uphold Supernova's high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and team spirit - and help drive the energy and flavour that make us a Soho favourite.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cook and prepare burgers, sides, and other menu items to Supernova standards during service
