Job summary

Honest Burgers is seeking a Grill Chef in the United Kingdom to master the grill and lead by example when the Head Chef is on shift. You will ensure top quality burgers, perfection of chips, and uphold health and safety standards while contributing to a positive kitchen culture.

Salary ranges £13–£18 per hour (OTE with service charge). Benefits include paid holidays, birthday time off, and a range of staff perks supporting wellbeing and career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience cooking burgers and chips to a high standard.
• Ability to work closely with Head Chef and Sous Chef.
• Commitment to food quality and kitchen health & safety.

Responsibilities

• Control the grill section and cook to the Honest standard.
• Work with Head Chef and team to maintain high kitchen standards.
• Participate in progression pathways like becoming Grill Master.
