Aramark UK has a fantastic opportunity for a Grill Chef to join our team at Chessington World of Adventures.

This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and growing kitchen team based at one of the UK's most popular theme parks.

Aramark provides world-class contract catering services to our extensive list of clients across the UK. We are fortunate to have some of the best Culinary and Catering talent in the UK working within our teams.

Job responsibilities include:

• Preparing and cooking food for our hotel guests
• Having full knowledge of all menu items served
• Working collaboratively with other chefs regarding food production management to ensure minimal wastage
• Collaborating with other chefs on food quality, levels, and brand standards
• Working across different workstations, not just focused on the grill
• Maintaining high food hygiene and health and safety standards
• Ensuring all shift opening and closing checklists are completed
• Learning procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks and undertaking relevant training

The Ideal Chef:

• Excellent awareness of food hygiene standards
• Motivated to learn and develop as a chef
• Basic culinary skills
• Team player
• High energy and a positive 'can-do' attitude

Due to the nature of the business, you will be required to work some weekends, bank holidays, and evenings.
