What do we look for in a GBK Grill Chef (apart from a love for burgers)?

• A passion for all things burgers, fries, milkshakes, and a love of cooking & constructing mouth-watering dishes
• Pride in achieving the highest levels of cleanliness and health & safety throughout the kitchen, both in a team and individually
• Ability to work well under pressure and take control when needed, including experience of working in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
• The ability to have fun at work and not take life too seriously – we're too casual for that!
