GRID CONNECTIONS & CUSTOMER MANAGER
Location: Remote / Hybrid
Salary: 60-70,000 plus car or car allowance, annual bonus

Our client is a leader in their market and at the forefront of the Electric Vehicle (EV) revolution on the UK motorway network, dedicated to making sustainable driving accessible for all. With a commitment to innovation and customer service, this company is seeking a talented Grid Connections & Customer Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where the focus is on delivering exceptional service while overseeing the seamless connection of projects to the energy grid.

The Grid Connections & Customer Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and in compliance with industry standards. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and excellent communication abilities to coordinate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities Included

  1. Lead the planning, application, and execution of grid connections for renewable energy projects.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) and Transmission System Operators (TSOs).
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates throughout the grid connection process.
  4. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely delivery of grid connection projects, including budget and risk management.
  5. Manage and resolve any grid connection issues or disputes in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
