Dynamic Infrastructure Ltd in Radlett is seeking an ICP Estimator to support grid connection capability. You will prepare accurate estimates for electrical infrastructure and civil packages, drawing on ICP/IDNO experience and strong Excel skills.

You will work with commercial, technical and delivery teams to reflect design requirements and project risks, ensuring clear handovers after successful tenders and ongoing supplier pricing maintenance.

Competenze

• Proven estimating experience within ICP, electrical connections contractor or similar.
• Understanding of LV/HV works and civil engineering requirements.
• Ability to produce quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Familiarity with DNO/IDNO processes and NERS-accredited delivery.

Mansioni

• Review tender documents, connection offers and drawings to establish scope.
• Prepare cost estimates for electrical connections and civil packages.
• Price LV/HV routes, trenching, ducting, joinery, substations and switchgear.
• Obtain quotations, check compliance, coverage and lead times.
• Develop pricing assumptions with the delivery team and support tender submissions.
• Attend tender reviews and support negotiations after tender.
• Maintain estimating records and provide clear handovers to projects.
