Job summary

Rimac Energy is seeking an experienced Grid Compliance & Certification Lead to drive the technical compliance strategy for BESS and PCS products. You will own certification roadmaps, interpret global standards, and work with certification bodies to ensure market readiness.

Based at our Witney, Oxfordshire facility, you will coordinate with engineering, validation, software and supply chain teams, and may travel to external labs and Rimac sites as needed to support multi-market deployments.

Qualifications

Significant engineering experience in power electronics or grid-connected equipment.
Experience validating or certifying grid-connected equipment against standards.
Ability to interpret standards into engineering requirements and test plans.

Responsibilities

Own the product compliance and certification roadmap for Rimac Energy BESS and PCS products.
Identify and interpret applicable standards and regulatory requirements for target markets.
Lead North American and European grid interconnection certification activities.
Coordinate testing with external laboratories and certification bodies.
Translate standards into product requirements, acceptance criteria and tests.
Develop and support execution of Design Validation Plans for grid, safety, EMC and certification.
Review test results and certification documentation to close gaps.
