Job summary

Burhill Golf & Leisure is seeking a Greenkeeper at Abbey Hill Golf Centre to maintain and improve the golf course and practice facilities. The role supports a high standard of presentation for members, guests, and visitors, with hands-on duties across mowing, bunkers, divots, and irrigation.

The successful candidate will have prior Greenkeeper experience, strong teamwork, and a proactive attitude to develop their greenkeeping knowledge within our golf course management operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Greenkeeper is essential.
• Course maintenance experience is essential.
• Experience maintaining a Driving Range is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and presentation of the golf course and practice facilities.
• Carry out mowing, bunker maintenance, divot repair, irrigation, and course setup.
• Assist with renovation projects and monitor playing surface condition.
• Operate golf course equipment and buggies safely.
• Ensure health and safety and compliance with policies.
