Job summary

Brocket Hall Estate seeks an experienced Greenkeeper to maintain the two championship golf courses and support year-round playing conditions for members and guests. The role involves hands-on course maintenance, equipment upkeep, and contributing to safety and environmental practices.

You will lead maintenance tasks outdoors, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with the team to uphold Brocket Hall’s high standards. Flexibility for early hours, weekends, and holidays is required.

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain greens, tees, fairways and bunkers to championship standards.
• Oversee day-to-day course maintenance and seasonal plans.
• Assist in formulating annual maintenance plans and turf practices.
• Maintain and repair maintenance equipment and machinery.
• Conduct inspections and implement corrective measures.
• Train and mentor junior staff and apprentices.
