The Impact You Will Make

Imagine a golfer walking onto the first tee, ready to set up a shot on a perfectly cut tee, then experiencing relief as their ball flows straight down the immaculate fairway, avoiding the raked bunker, and landing on an outstanding putting surface.

Your Responsibilities
  • Prepare the golf course for play to the highest standards daily.
  • Spraying and disease control.
  • Construction, aeration, drainage, and turfing works.
  • Operate a wide range of golf course machinery.
  • Undertake specific training on machinery and working practices.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and procedures.
What We’re Looking For
  • A team-first attitude.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Early riser with early starts.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Full clean UK driving license.
  • Mechanical experience (advantageous but not essential).
  • PA 1,2 & 6 spraying certificates (advantageous but not essential).
