Job summary

Qualifications

• Applicants must be living in the United Kingdom with a valid UK Passport or UK citizenship.
• Good level of spoken & written English.
• Ability to take instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
• A good work ethic and reliable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lifting lily crates to the greenhouse floor and re-stacking onto pallets when the crop finishes (crates up to 15 kg).
• Emptying lily crates to a conveyor belt.
• Harvesting, cropping, grading and bunching cut flowers.
• Crop planting and working on planting lines and greenhouse floor.
• General crop maintenance, inserting stakes and moving wire netting.
• Seed bed preparation, weeding and nursery duties.
