Job summary

E M Cole Farms Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking staff for processing and packing flowers on multiple lines. You will perform tasks such as bunching, grading, sleeving, taping, labeling and packing into buckets and boxes, working as part of a team.

The role includes harvesting, crop maintenance and related field tasks. Applicants should be UK residents and able to work quickly with hands; overtime is paid at 1.25x base rate, with 39 hours per week.

• Harvesting (cropping) and crop maintenance / crop husbandry, weeding, lifting crop supports etc.

Job description

Applicants must be living in the United Kingdom with a UK Passport or UK Citizenship.

Highly dexterous workers required.

Crops include, Tulips, Lilies, Stocks, all glasshouse crops, Asters Outdoors

Work involves bunching and grading on flower lines, sleeving, taping flower food to the flower bouquets, labelling the flower sleeves and packing flowers into buckets then into boxes.

Harvesting (cropping) & crop maintenance / crop husbandry, weeding, lifting crop supports etc.

Ability to work in all areas & quickly with hands is required.

A good work ethic is essential.

The staff have to be able to work as part of a team and be able follow instructions.

For the best working candidates increased pay rates will be awarded on performance.

Hours 39 hours per week , plus overtime at 1.25 over basic pay
