Role: IT Procurement Manager

Salary: Up to £80K + BIG Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Location: London (3-4 days per week in office)

Are you an IT & Technology Procurement Manager with experience in greenfield or start-up procurement functions within Financial Services? This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop a Greenfield Procurement function alongside a newly appointed Head of Procurement for a PE / Investment Management firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong stakeholder relationships within the IT community, positioning Procurement as a value-added business partner.
• Drive commercial value across a broad range of critical IT & Technology Procurement projects supporting the organization's digital transformation.

You will need to:

• Be commercially astute, financially literate, and legally competent to negotiate contracts.
• Have strong influencing skills and leadership qualities to engage with suppliers, CIO, and executive management.
• Be results-oriented with a proven track record of achievement and adaptability.
• Be familiar with operating in a regulated environment.

Experience:

• IT Procurement & Category Management experience.
• Procurement experience in financial services, preferably within private equity or investment management firms.
• Solid understanding of procurement processes, legal and financial constructs.
• Self-motivated, tenacious, and focused on delivery.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Degree and MCIPS qualification preferred.
