Job summary

Bridgend County Borough Council is seeking a Green Spaces Service Manager to oversee the strategic development and day-to-day delivery of the Green Spaces Service in Bridgend County Borough. You will manage multiple functions including Green Spaces operations, grass cutting, public realm projects, cemeteries and asset development, ensuring a visible, proactive service across the county borough.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the strategic development and operational delivery of the Green Spaces Service, including its teams and functions.
• Lead the ongoing development and sustainability of all service area functions such as Green Spaces operations, Urban and Rural Grass Cutting, Public Realm Improvement, Cemeteries and Burials and Asset Management and Development.
