Routes to Work is seeking a full-time Recycling Operative based in Airdrie. The role involves unloading and loading various waste types, maintaining safety and cleanliness in work areas, and learning to recycle materials. Full training will be provided.

The successful candidate will have good communication skills and be reliable. Hours of work are Monday-Friday, 7am-3.30pm, with an hourly rate of £13.45.

Qualifications

• Driving licence is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Unload dry waste from vans and assist in loading materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas.
• Learn to strip heating systems and recycle materials.
