A children's healthcare provider in Greater Manchester seeks a passionate Children's Play and Healthcare Worker to support children aged 0-19. You'll engage children through play and provide high-quality care in their own homes. Ideal candidates have experience working with children, a love for play-based interaction, and qualifications in health and social care. Competitive hourly rate offered, including flexible work options.

At Lagans Foundation, we're not your typical care provider. We work differently because children need different things.
As a Children's Play and Healthcare Worker, you'll join our vibrant internal care team, supporting children and young people aged 0 to 19 with a variety of health and developmental needs, in their own homes and communities. You’ll be there to play, engage, and care—not just provide personal support. We are in families’ homes for a minimum of two hours per visit; during that time we don’t just tick off tasks, we create joy, promote development, and build lasting memories for children who may have limited time.
This role is about creating moments that matter, not ticking off care plans.
