As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant, engaging with customers and ensuring smooth operations in customer areas. Responsibilities include making children feel welcome, handing out balloons, organising special events, attending to customers' specific needs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You will establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.

Friendly, welcoming, courteous, and helpful behaviour should come naturally, and you should work well as part of a team. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication, and eye contact are essential. Maintaining high energy levels while working efficiently and productively is also required.
Availability to work shift patterns between 7am-4pm, 11am-8pm, and 4pm-1am, including both weekdays and weekends, is essential.
