Job Overview:

As a Practice Nurse, you will deliver high-quality nursing services within our multidisciplinary team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing chronic diseases
• Specializing in COPD or Diabetes (optional)
• Implementing infection prevention and control measures
• Obtaining blood samples
• Performing Electrocardiograms (ECGs)
• Managing minor and complex wounds, including leg ulcers
• Providing travel health advice and vaccinations
• Child immunisations and health advice
• Family planning and women's health, including cervical SME
• Promoting health and wellness through clinics (well women and well man clinics)
• Supporting clinical policy review and development

Experience Required:

• Experience in a primary care setting
• Experience as a practice or community nurse
• Registered with the NMC
