Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in governance, risk, compliance, audit, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and reporting.
• Knowledge of risk, control concepts, vendor governance, data privacy, security.

Responsibilities

• Governance & risk management for global real estate programs, tech platforms, and operations.
• Coordinate audit, assurance, and regulatory information requests; prepare evidence and reports.
• Support end-to-end third-party risk management lifecycle; coordinate due diligence and remediation.
• Manage vendor governance activities: renewals, SLAs, KPIs, and escalation.
• Support data privacy, records management, and information-protection controls across real estate activities.
• Coordinate technology governance: requirements, access reviews, inventories, and documentation.
