incident.io is seeking a GRC Engineer to scale our compliance programme and automate evidence gathering. You will shape how we prove compliance for audits, questionnaires, and product security reviews, using AI-powered workflows and secure systems of record.

You'll collaborate with security, engineering, and legal to push ISO 27001 work forward and improve GRC tooling across the company.

Qualifications

• Experience running or contributing to a real compliance programme (ISO 27001 preferred).
• Ability to automate evidence collection and audit workflows.
• Experience building AI-assisted tooling for compliance tasks.

Responsabilités

• Own and scale the GRC programme, customer security questionnaires, and evidence behind both.
• Develop AI workflows to draft questionnaire answers and support audits.
• Collaborate with security, engineering, legal and product to improve GRC tooling.
