Immersive Labs in the United Kingdom seeks a Cyber Security Engineer focused on Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) to join our Product team remotely. You will design emulated GRC environments and create labs, training content and challenges for enterprise customers.

You’ll leverage MITRE ATLAS and D3FEND knowledge to shape content, simulate incidents and educate GRC professionals on secure practices within Immersive One.

Qualifications

• Experience in heavily regulated industries (e.g., FinTech, Healthcare, government) and conducting audits.
• Strong familiarity with GRC standards and how to apply them in practice.
• Ability to translate complex compliance concepts into practical labs and content.

Responsabilités

• Plan, write and improve security labs, challenges and online learning content for GRC on the Immersive One platform.
• Produce multi-format content with practical exercises, questions and gamification around GRC.
• Peer review cyber labs and ranges to ensure proper function and accuracy.
• Research latest GRC regulations and standards to deliver up-to-date labs.
• Translate technical research into concise content for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Serve as GRC SME for engineering and product teams, embedding security by design into SDLC.
