Job summary

Immersive Labs is seeking a Cyber Security Engineer specializing in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) to help evolve our Immersive One platform. You’ll design practical labs and content, align with regulatory standards, and educate users across technical and non-technical audiences.

You’ll work with the Cyber team and product leads to shape the GRC content roadmap, simulate incidents in regulated sectors, and deliver engaging, effective learning experiences that disrupt traditional training.

Qualifications

• Strong GRC knowledge across standards and controls.
• Experience planning, writing and reviewing labs and learning content.
• Ability to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan, write and improve governance, risk and compliance labs, challenges and online learning content on the Immersive One platform.
• Produce multi-format content with practical exercises and gamification around GRC.
• Peer review cyber labs to ensure correct functionality and outcomes.
• Research latest GRC regulations and standards and translate into labs for users.
