• Experience in GRC, assurance, audit or oversight functions.
• Strong understanding of IT/OT security controls.
• Experience with control testing, assurance reviews or audits.
• Ability to analyse complex processes and identify improvements.
• Proven ability to manage large volumes of actions and remediation.

Responsibilities

• Lead controls assurance and testing across IT and OT.
• Review and validate control effectiveness against policies.
• Identify deficiencies and drive remediation.
• Manage assurance backlogs and prioritisation.
• Oversee risks, audit observations and remediation plans.
• Collaborate with security, engineering and business teams to gather evidence.
• Support audits by coordinating responses and evidence.
• Produce governance reporting and senior updates.
• Ensure activities align to risk appetites and regulatory obligations.
• Facilitate governance forums and risk reviews.
• Drive continuous governance improvements.
