Lex Dinamica Ltd is seeking a GRC consultant with hands-on OneTrust experience to help global brands strengthen their GRC programmes. You will advise on governance, risk and compliance, design frameworks, and lead OneTrust configurations to deliver practical risk controls.

Based in the London area, you will work 2–3 days at our London office and the remainder from home, with occasional travel. Remote work is possible for strong candidates, and the team values flexible, result-oriented

Competenze

• Must have a positive mindset and be self-driven.
• Experience in consulting, either at a professional services firm, Big Four, or specialist GRC/privacy/compliance firm.
• Knowledge of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) concepts and frameworks.
• Familiarity with privacy and GRC platforms such as OneTrust, ServiceNow GRC, Securiti, TrustArc, BigID or similar.

We offer 26 days of annual leave, in addition to UK bank holidays, pension contributions and a work-from-anywhere policy for 6 weeks each year.

In this role, you will

Advise clients across governance, risk and compliance, including framework design, controls, and assurance

Lead OneTrust configuration and implementation for GRC and privacy use cases

Bring an integrated view across privacy, security, AI and operational risk

Act as the bridge between regulatory requirements and the platform decisions that support them

In practice, that means owning GRC engagements from scoping through delivery, with OneTrust at the centre of how we bring those programmes to life. You will work alongside our consultants, translate complex regulatory questions into platform decisions, and make sure what gets built reflects the client's actual risk and compliance picture rather than the path of least resistance inside the tool.

You will contribute to how we work. Our GRC practice is growing, and the people who join now will help shape the methodologies, templates, and ways of working that we take to every future client.
