Job summary

NEXA in London is seeking a Data Privacy Manager to lead client engagements across privacy, compliance and technology projects. This hands-on role requires strong OneTrust expertise, platform implementation and advisory leadership, with travel as needed.

You will split your time between the London office (2–3 days per week) and remote work, with a flexible work-from-anywhere policy and attractive leave and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring or implementing OneTrust.
• Experience leading privacy engagements from scoping through delivery.
• Experience across several OneTrust modules (Privacy Management, Consent & Preference, Third Party Risk, AI Governance, Data Discovery).
• Deep expertise in Data Protection, AI Governance and/or GRC.
• Experience in a consulting environment.
• Right to work in the UK.

About the opportunity

Our client is a growing London-based consulting firm working with organisations globally on complex data privacy, compliance and technology challenges.

We are looking for a Data Privacy Manager to join their team and lead client engagements across complex data privacy, compliance and technology projects. This is a hands‑on consulting role for an experienced privacy professional with strong OneTrust expertise, combining client advisory, platform implementation and optimisation, and project leadership.

You will be based 2-3 days per week in their London office, with the remainder working remotely. If you do not live in the London area but think you would be a great asset to the team, they would be happy to have you work remotely. There may be some light occasional travel. They offer 26 days of annual leave, pension contributions and a work‑from‑anywhere policy for 6 weeks each year.

Must haves

• Hands-on experience configuring or implementing OneTrust
• Experience leading privacy and OneTrust engagements from scoping through delivery

• Deep expertise in Data Protection, AI Governance and/or Governance, Risk and Compliance
• Experience working in a consulting environment
