Job summary

Adecco is seeking a GRC Analyst in Preston to join our cybersecurity function. You will support governance, risk and compliance initiatives, coordinating with internal teams and third-party suppliers to maintain security controls and policies.

The role emphasises audits, risk assessment and reporting, with opportunities to influence remediation actions and improve governance documentation. You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with perm benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in cybersecurity governance, risk and compliance activities.
• Experience supporting audits, compliance programmes and risk management.
• Strong ability to engage with multiple suppliers and stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of governance, risk and compliance activities across the organisation.
• Assist with security audits, compliance assessments and assurance reviews.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to gather evidence and track remediation actions.
• Support risk identification, assessment and reporting activities.
• Maintain governance documentation, policies, standards and procedures.
• Monitor compliance against organisational and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the cybersecurity governance function.
• Produce reports and documentation for key stakeholders.
