Job summary

Adecco is seeking a GRC Analyst in Camberley to join a growing cybersecurity function. The role supports governance, risk and compliance initiatives, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain security controls, policies and risk management processes.

The successful candidate will contribute to audits, compliance assessments and assurance reviews, ensuring evidence collection and remediation actions are tracked effectively within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in cybersecurity governance, risk and compliance.
• Experience supporting audits, compliance programmes and risk management activities.
• Ability to engage confidently with multiple suppliers and stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) activities across the organisation.
• Assist with security audits, compliance assessments and assurance reviews.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to gather evidence and track remediation actions.
• Support risk identification, assessment and reporting activities.
• Maintain governance documentation, policies, standards and procedures.
• Monitor compliance against organisational and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the cybersecurity governance function.
• Produce reports and documentation for key stakeholders.
